International Trainee Programme - a springboard for your career
Caverion International Trainee program is designed for young potentials that are finalizing their studies or have recently graduated as Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent?
We are looking for WHO / WHAT / WHERE.
The Caverion International Trainee Program is a place for professional growth. Alongside of the work, we organize trainings to help you to grow professionally, for example leadership training (And?). We have nominated a mentor to guide and encourage you throughout the program. As a Trainee, you’ll be able to network internationally and have an opportunity to internal visits at Caverion locations around Europe. We are committed to supporting the Trainee’s success in every step of the program, and after: there are multiple customized career options after the Trainee program according to your interests.
