My career path at Caverion: My first traineeship at Caverion was in 2021 in the Occupational Well-being team. In the beginning of 2022 I got to work on my master thesis together with Caverion and during summer 2022 I worked as an HR trainee again.

What is my usual workday like: My work day consists of ideation and cooperation with many different people.  It also includes some background research for different projects and larger entities. My job also includes updating and maintaining certain systems and their data.

What makes your work meaningful? To have a job where I can help others. I like helping and it is an imporant element in my job. Wheter the help is interacting with others, making Excel tables  or something entirely different.  Second thing that I would mention is the meaning of cooperation. I get to work together with others to achieve common goals.

My hobbies: Meditation and yoga
My dream childhood profession: Flight attendant
